TOXICITY-ARE YOU KILLING YOURSELF?

Toxicity is probably the major contributor to body illness. What is toxicity? It is an accumulation of waste materials in the body. There are numerous ways that we make ourselves toxic.

First and most important is by improper diet. Today's market is flooded with junk foods: white sugar and white flour products and foods with preservatives and additives in them. These junk foods clog the body mechanism, chemicals accumulate and our body wastes are not eliminated because these chemicals block proper elimination.

Another cause of toxicity is nerve interference that blocks internal glandular and organ function so that even with an improved diet, the body can't have proper elimination. Add to this an insufficient amount of daily exercise to promote proper internal function, and we have a body quite toxic or being poisoned by waste buildup.

Toxicity is a major contributor to arthritis and psoriasis, as well as to numerous other conditions that begin as impaired function due to an accumulation of wastes in the body, including certain migraine and asthmatic conditions.

What to do to prevent the toxic buildup? First, clean up your diet. Avoid processed foods and those with preservatives and additives. Watch out for certain key words such as enriched, fortified, improved, and certified. Try to eat foods as fresh as possible, especially fruits and vegetables. Use fish as your major protein source, then poultry, and last red meats. Secondly, make certain there is no nerve interference around the spine to insure proper functioning of the internal environment via the nervous system. Get chiropractic checkups regularly.

If the body already has serious toxicity problems, daily colonic irrigations (or not as effectively, enemas daily) should be used until the colon is having a full evacuation daily. Lastly, make sure your exercise at least 15 to 30 minutes daily. Overall, body exercise is best: walking, swimming, dancing, etc. Working the postural muscles promotes proper circulation that aids the body to rid itself of wastes and stimulates proper organ and glandular function.

Toxicity can kill you! Clean up your body today with a more nutritional and healthier diet, proper chiropractic care, natural aids for elimination and a sufficient amount of daily exercise.

Detoxify Yourself
An excellent way to stimulate the body to detoxify itself is to use castor oil packs. Saturate a cloth with castor oil and apply the cloth directly on the skin over the abdomen with a heating pad on top of it for one hour at a time. The castor oil with heat externally on the skin stimulates the lymphatic system, which is the body's sanitation system, and thereby aids the body to cleanse itself internally. Do this 3 to 4 days in a row, and repeat after a three-day break. Then detoxify about two times a month to insure proper functioning.
